These five categories are used to help determine how much of the day you spend in the ASKhole® trap.
Needing more Time
The Needing More Time category helps you identify the amount of time you spend on real leadership work vs. the time you spend dealing with unproductive employee behaviors (AKA ASKhole® behaviors).
Not Seeing Enough Problem Solving
The Not Seeing Enough Problem Solving category helps you identify the degree to which your employees engage in problem solving.
Working with Entitled Employees
The Working with Entitled Employees category helps you identify how much your employees expect you to do the work they could do.
Feeling Burnout
The Feeling Burnout category helps you analyze the degree to which you and your team are experiencing burnout.
Getting Blamed
The Getting Blamed category helps you identify the degree to which your employees blame you for what happens.
